Pyrene是結(jié)構(gòu)簡單的多環(huán)芳香族化合物（PAHs）。已知的Pyrene衍生物可以嵌入dsDNA. Pyrene具有內(nèi)在熒光。當兩個pyrene分子距離很近時，激發(fā)態(tài)原子就可以形成熒光光譜。因此，pyrene可以用做生物分子的探針。 Ethynylpyrene分子包含用于點擊化學(xué)的三鍵片段，可以用于像Sonogashira反應(yīng)一樣的偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)。 通過純化可以得到純的PAH分子。不像其他由于氧化而發(fā)棕色的商業(yè)化的產(chǎn)品，我們的產(chǎn)品是發(fā)亮綠色的。
